Simply add this to a 50ml short-fill e-liquid bottle, shake the bottle thoroughly giving you a result of 60ml containing 0.3% or 3mg nicotine. In order to get to the desired nicotine strength, you will simply need to calculate the following; nicotine strength added (18mg) divided by end result (60ml) = 0.3% (3mg nicotine).
